Design	Use Users for study groups as the one location has such a wide variety of people, ages and backgrounds. Opportunity to inform students at Centre of possible careers in Design.
Urban Development	Use Centre as an exemplar for application across SEQ, and can study how it works effectively and where improvements can be made.
Urban and Regional Planning	Same as above.
Accounting	Work experience, set up potential client base, give advice.
Advertising	Use Users for study groups, client base and experimentation of application of ‘positive advertising’ strategies.
Finance	Give financial planning advice and guidance, develop client base, work experience.
Marketing	Use users for study groups.
Media and Communication	Test new devices across a wide spectrum of ages.
Public Relations	Client base and consultations.
Early Childhood Education and Studies	Work experience, work, study groups.
Primary Education	Same as above.
Secondary Education	Same as above.
Clinical Exercise Physiology	Work experience, client base, good array of ages and conditions to study and treat.
Exercise and Movement Science	Same as above.

Nutrition	Give advice, see results, study groups, experiment with new ideas.
